About the Tri-County Urban League (TCUL)

The Tri-County Urban League, Inc., is a 501(c) 3, not-for-profit agency, dedicated to improving the educational, social, and economic opportunities for individuals in Peoria, Tazewell, Woodford, and McLean Counties in the central Illinois area. Our affordable services and programs are provided at minimal or no cost.
