Satellite Office
Our McLean County Satellite Office grew out of a community desire for an Urban League. In 2002, residents living in the Bloomington/Normal area held a Town Hall Meeting to address the lack of available educational and academic programs and services such as tutoring, college preparation, and others for African-Americans and similarly disadvantaged youth.
